2. Services & Eligibility
Our services are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older residing in our service areas. We provide professional appliance repair services. By requesting service, you confirm, represent, and warrant that you are the owner of the appliance or are fully authorized by the property owner to grant us access to the premises and the appliances being serviced.
3. Limitation of Liability
We strive for excellence, but to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VKfix LLC, its owners, and technicians shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, food spoilage, property damage resulting from appliance failure, or loss of business/income).
Any damages exceeding the total dollar amount actually paid by you to VKfix LLC for the specific service performed.
Pre-existing conditions, wear-and-tear, or hidden damages discovered during the diagnostic or repair process.
4. Warranty
We stand by our work. Our warranty covers the specific parts installed and the exact labor performed for a period of 90 days from the date of service. This warranty is strictly void if the repaired appliance is tampered with, moved, or altered by any third party or the owner after our service is completed.
5. Payments & Cancellations
Service Fees: A standard service call and diagnostic fee applies to all visits, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repair.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any service cancellations or rescheduling requests. We reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee if notice is provided less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment window.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, and software—is the exclusive property of VKfix LLC and is protected by United States copyright and laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without prior written consent.
7. SMS & Mobile Communication Disclosure
By providing your phone number and opting in via our website forms, you explicitly consent to receive automated appointment reminders, service updates, and technician arrival notifications via text messages (SMS) from VKfix LLC.
